		<description>This is an interesting study.I feel there is a need for rural LEO&#039;s to have a higher level of medical training and equipment available to them. A possible solution to the medial placement of the needle is the use of the alternate decompression site( 4th/5th intercostal on the midaxillary line),while a little more difficult to palpate it eliminates a lot of the problems  associated with midclavicular  placement.</description>
